Returns & Exchanges

At Edikted UK, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return method, whether it is a printable label or a digital QR code for paperless drop-off at a local courier point.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at your chosen Royal Mail or EVRI location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
